Run your yard on VINSTORE. Free for the pilot.

VINSTORE is an inventory system built for scrapyards, with a marketplace on top of it. Your staff capture parts on a phone, in the yard, with or without signal. Buyers find those parts by VIN, reserve online and pay you at your counter. VINSTORE never touches your money.

What you get from day one
  • Scan the licence disc: VIN, make, model and colour fill in themselves.
  • Capture a part in under a minute: photos, condition, price, shelf location. Works with no signal and uploads later.
  • Every part gets a VINSTORE ID and a label (A4 or label printer). Find any part by shelf in seconds.
  • Counter sales with a printed receipt; stock stays true.
  • Staff logins with exactly the rights you tick. Staff never see your money unless you allow it.
  • Sales, ageing and profitability per vehicle: what each car cost you and what it has earned.
  • Already run a stock system? Upload its export and keep working the way you do.
What the marketplace does for you
  • Buyers search by VIN and see only parts that fit. Your listing reaches the exact build it came off.
  • A reservation holds the part for 24 hours with a collection PIN. The buyer inspects and pays you in store.
  • No card fees, no payouts to wait for, no prepayment scams.
  • Workshops and panel beaters near you are signed up as buyers as we onboard you.
  • Trade buyers first, then the public.
The offer, in numbers
Pilot: 90 days from the Supplier's go-live date, or the Supplier's first 50 marketplace sales completed by PIN, whichever comes first. No charge for the software or the marketplace.
After the pilot: 5% on sales that came through VINSTORE and were completed by PIN. Nothing on your own counter sales, ever.
Software after the pilot: Starter R0 (up to 50 live parts) · Yard R499 · Pro R999 per location per month, excl. VAT.
Founding rate for you: Yard R249 / Pro R499 per month for 12 months after the pilot.
Set-up and onboarding: free. We come to the yard and capture the first stock with your staff.
No lock-in: 30 days' notice either way. Your stock and your data stay yours and can be exported at any time.
What we ask of you
  • A copy of your SAPS second-hand dealer certificate for each premises.
  • Truthful listings, and counter sales recorded when they happen, so a buyer never drives out for a part that is gone.
  • Answer a reservation within 4 business hours; complete VINSTORE sales by PIN.
  • Honour the returns and warranty policy on VINSTORE sales (7 days unfitted; six months for a defective part, as the law already requires).
